I offer private and group yoga classes that specialise in healing from burnout to heal trauma, and prescriptive yoga (asanas, breath work, mantras, mudras) to alchemise difficult emotions in order to cultivate more happiness and joy.

Yoga is not only for young flexible folks who can bend like pretzels. It's for all ages and degrees of flexibility and is medicine as we age. Not only do our physical bodies stiffen up, our emotional body stores all of life's ups and downs, hurts, traumas and grief (known in yoga as vasanas). 

As we go through midlife and transition into menopause we go through a "psycho-spiritual awakening" whereby we no longer have the "hormonal buffers" and able to brush things under the carpet, we are forced to face these hurts that show up as anger, rage, depression, anxiety. 

Yoga, movement, mantra, breathwork and rituals have been my life saver as I transition into menopause and it's my passion to help women (and men) navigate midlife and help heal their wounds.
